Seymour sets signed session cookies for customer accounts, staff accounts, staff MFA challenges and temporary audited support access. These cookies are needed for authentication, security and service delivery.

The application uses secure, HTTP-only, same-site cookies where the server must protect session values from client-side scripts.

The customer basket, recent order details, remembered storefront shortcuts and staff order alert preferences can be stored in the browser so the requested journey keeps working across page loads.

This storage is used for operational convenience and does not provide marketing analytics.

Seymour uses Umami for cookieless public-site analytics limited to Seymour's marketing pages. Umami does not set analytics cookies, and Seymour does not use advertising trackers.

Storefront, customer account and customer order pages do not load analytics or send analytics events.

If Seymour introduces analytics that use cookies or similar non-essential storage, it will add an appropriate consent mechanism before those technologies are used.

You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser. Some parts of the ordering, customer account and staff console journeys will stop working if strictly necessary cookies are blocked.
