Cookie notice
Seymour uses cookies and browser storage to keep ordering, staff sign-in and account journeys working safely.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Strictly necessary cookies
Seymour sets signed session cookies for customer accounts, staff accounts, staff MFA challenges and temporary audited support access. These cookies are needed for authentication, security and service delivery.
The application uses secure, HTTP-only, same-site cookies where the server must protect session values from client-side scripts.
Browser storage
The customer basket, recent order details, remembered storefront shortcuts and staff order alert preferences can be stored in the browser so the requested journey keeps working across page loads.
This storage is used for operational convenience and does not provide marketing analytics.
Analytics and marketing cookies
The current marketing site does not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, Seymour will need a consent mechanism before those cookies or similar technologies are used.
Managing cookies
You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser. Some parts of the ordering, customer account and staff console journeys will stop working if strictly necessary cookies are blocked.
